  •  You can register the product yourself by going to http://dayco.tibaasp.com and creating your own account then following the registration steps - this entire process takes only 5-7 minutes

  1. Submit a complaint regarding one of our products or one of our distributors

  •  Copy of Commercial Registration (sent by WhatsApp to 01000105234)
  •  Copy of the tax card (sent by WhatsApp to 01000105234)
  •  Copy of the owner's national number (sent via WhatsApp to 01000105234)

After completing all the data/documents, one of our representatives will contact you and schedule a visit to complete the registration process

If you are registered as a customer you can open a ticket with a complaint by calling us on hotline 16907 and go to the relevant section (to talk to one of our representatives) by clicking on (0). One of our representatives will reply to you and open a ticket with your name and give you the follow-up number. Your ticket will be transferred Immediately to the competent department to search them and inform you with in max 24 hours
